All products owned by the Zeynep Yıldırım brand are covered by warranty from the brand's own manufacturer or importer. Damaged or defective products should be returned to us without delay in accordance with the return conditions.
The products received by us will be examined along with the order number, and a report will be prepared on whether the damage or defect is production-related or not.
Products with damage or defects caused by customer misuse are not covered by the warranty and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shoes cannot be returned if they have been used, even for a short period of time. Damages resulting from improper use of shoes are not covered by the warranty.
In shoes without lining, leather may color feet and socks.
Hand-sewn shoes may take in water from the stitching areas.
Boots and shoes with zippers may take in water from the zipper areas.
Shoes made of synthetic materials may cause odor or take in water.
When shoes are exposed to the sun, color fading may occur on the leather.
In shoes made of genuine leather, color discrepancies may be observed between the right and left pairs of the same pair; this is due to the natural structure of the leather and is not considered a defect.
Stains that cannot be removed may form on shoes due to excessive sweating.
User-caused situations such as bumping, hitting, rubbing are not evaluated within the scope of warranty.
The falling off of accessories is considered as user error and falls outside the warranty coverage.
