You can send your return shipments with MNG Cargo using the return shipment code you will determine. When returning products, you must deliver them to MNG Cargo unused, in their original box, and sealed in a bag.

For products not delivered in their original box and without a bag, any damages and shipping costs that may occur will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping costs due to undelivered shipments will also be deducted from the refund amount. Click for Detailed Information.

Cargo personnel are responsible for preparing a damage report for products that arrive damaged or missing. If there is visible damage or a shortage in the product's shipping package, a damage report must be prepared with the cargo company. Otherwise, the responsibility will belong to the buyer.

Your products will be tracked using the barcodes on the box, so you must send them back to us in their original packaging.

Your invoices will be sent to your email addresses.

After your product reaches us, your refund process will be completed within 7 business days. You can return all unopened and unused products within 7 business days.

The return shipping fees for returns sent with a company other than MNG Cargo will be covered by the customer.

Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted.

Refunds for customers who shop with the Paytr payment option are automatically processed through the system.

After delivering the products you want to return to the courier, you can track your shipment with the "shipment tracking number" that will be provided.

  1. Click on the Create Support Request button within your order on the My Account > My Orders > Order Details page.
  2. In the opened window, write Return or Exchange in the Subject Field. Specify the reason for return or exchange in the message field. Then click the Create button.
  3. After your message is reviewed by our Customer Representative, you will be informed of the shipping information and return number.
  4. The product and the invoice and gift included with the shipment are placed in one package. The return code generated along with the package is shared with the courier.
  5. After the return request, the return must be made by shipping within a maximum of 3 working days.
  6. After the return product is received, information on the return status will be provided to you.
