Payment Options

You can make payments on our website with credit card and ATM/Debit card.

Can installments be made with a credit card?

Installment options may be available for credit cards of the banks we have agreements with. You can access the banks offering installment options and the number of installments on the product page under the "Installment Options" section or on the payment page.

If I am unable to receive payment approval even though I have entered all the necessary information during the payment step, what should I do?

If you are trying to make your payment with a credit card;
* Whether your credit card is open for online shopping,
* The available limit of your credit card or virtual card,
* The expiry date of your card,
* That you have entered the card information correctly,
* Whether the supplementary card you are using has been canceled by the main cardholder,
* Your internet connection during the approval process,
* We recommend checking if there has been a report of loss for your card.

Bank Transfer

After selecting the option to pay with Bank Transfer in the Payment Options section, you can complete the payment by making a Bank Transfer with the Bank Information that appears. Then you can create a notification from the Report Bank Transfer section.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery

When creating an order, you can place your order by selecting cash on delivery from the payment section. When the cargo arrives, you can pay the cash amount to the cargo personnel and receive your order.

Payment with Credit & Bank Card at the Door

When creating an order, you can place your order by selecting payment with card on delivery from the payment section. When the cargo arrives, you can pay with your card using the POS device to receive your order.

Invoicing

How and When Will My Invoice Be Sent?

Your invoice will be sent to your registered email address in our system within 7 days after your order is invoiced.

Can I Make Changes to the Invoice Information?

After placing your order, no changes can be made to the invoice information.

Can I Have an Invoice Issued to the Company Name?

You can choose "Corporate Invoice" as your invoice preference during the order process and provide the necessary company information to create your invoice in the name of the company.
