What Should I Pay Attention to When Placing an Order?

In case of any issues related to your order, our customer representatives will contact you through the contact information registered in your membership details. Your order will be sent to the delivery address you provided. To avoid any problems with the delivery, make sure to enter your delivery address in detail and correctly.

How Can I Place an Order?

You can place an order either by registering on our website to stay informed about campaigns and new products, or by starting shopping without registration. After completing your registration, you can go to the page of the product you want to purchase, choose the color and size, and then add the product to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Then, by clicking on the "My Cart" section at the top right corner of our page, you can enter your shipping and delivery information, enter your payment details, and complete your order.

Which Shipping Company will my Order be Shipped with?

The shipping company for your orders will be determined during the ordering process and will be notified to you.

How Much is the Shipping Fee?

Shipping fees for orders up to 999₺ are covered by the Customer, while shipping fees for orders of 999₺ and above are covered by the Store.

What Will Happen After I Place My Order?

After your order is successfully received by our system, an informative email containing your order details will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. Our customer representatives will start processing your order to prepare it for shipment as soon as possible. Your orders will be delivered to the cargo within 2 business days. Once your product is shipped, you will receive another notification email informing you about the shipping process.

Note: Due to the workload in courier companies, delivery times may take up to 7 days.

How Can I Track My Order Status?

You can track the orders you placed through our website by logging into your account and going to the "My Orders" section on the account page. If you placed an order without creating an account, you can check the status by querying with the order number sent to you by clicking this link.

What Should I Pay Attention to When Receiving the Product?

During the delivery, open your package in front of the courier and check it. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery without creating a report for the courier company. After receiving the product, you will be deemed to have acknowledged that the courier company has fulfilled its duty completely.
