You can cancel your order in the Order Status section within My Account while it is in the "Preparing Your Order" status. Please note that your order can only be cancelled before it is shipped.
You can return a product you purchased from Zeynepyıldırım.com for free within 7 days from the delivery date. The product/products you want to return must be sent to us in their original packaging, undamaged, and unused. Products that are not put in the shipping bag and have damaged boxes taped up cannot be accepted for return.
