We will send you all the processes related to your order via email. Therefore, it is important that your email address is up to date for you to track the process. You can log in with your current email and password and update your email address in your account. Please remember to confirm the activation email we will send to your updated email. If the confirmation is not completed, we will not be able to update your email address.

The product/products you want to return must be sent to us in their original packaging, undamaged, and unused. When will the payment for my return be processed?

When your order is delivered to you, we kindly ask you to open the package in the presence of the courier and make sure that the items inside are undamaged.
